The Cambodian Prime Minister appreciates improving public human resource development and urges more convenient services for all Cambodians. Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet highlighted the note when presiding over the closure of 2023 and the opening of 2024 training courses of the Royal School of Administration, held here at the National Institute of Education on June 10. Human capital with both soft and hard qualities is the key to all development processes, a strong society, and a robust economy, and it is a top priority in the national development strategy of the Royal Government of Cambodia, said Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet. With high-quality human resources, he emphasised, Cambodia will be able to take full control of its own destiny, and all Cambodians at all levels can meaningfully participate in national socio-economic development. To achieve the goal, the Prime Minister called on all the newly trained public service providers to fully apply their knowledge and skills ethically and professio nally in the interest of the people and sustainable and resilient growth. He congratulated all the officials who completed the training course and spoke highly of the hard work and contribution of the Royal School of Administration as well as other players to the human capital advancement of Cambodia.
