BEIJING, March 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — The Patent Reexamination Board of State Intellectual Property Office of PRC (PRB) made an examination decision that utility model patent No. 201220229261.7 of Guangzhou Tongbo Telecom Equipment Co., Ltd. was invalid due to no inventiveness over the prior art on September 29, 2014.
The said utility model was applied in 2012 and named as "cable protection tube" which was actually related to the fabric innerduct in the telecom industry.
Shortly after Tongbo’s utility model patent invalidation, on December 25, PRB made another examination decision that utility model patent No. 201220492870.1 of Changzhou Nanbo Composite Material Co., Ltd. was invalid due to the same reason.
The said utility model was applied in 2012 and named as "a weaving innerduct" which was actually related to the fabric innerduct in the telecom industry.
