NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Ogilvy Public Relations (Ogilvy PR) today announced a significant expansion of its Executive Committee and the creation of a new world-wide Board.

Stuart Smith, Global CEO, announced the changes saying: “We have big, bold ambitions and I felt we needed broader, more diverse representation in the active management of Ogilvy PR to accelerate our plans. This is right for our people, right for our clients and right for the business.”

These changes follow on from the appointment of Suresh Raj, Global MD, New Business and Robyn Massey, Global Chief Communications Officer to newly created global roles. In addition, Smith has created seven highly collaborative teams, in all four geographic regions with over 80 members, whose role it is to accelerate continuous improvement and invention across the agency. 

The next step will be the creation of an Ogilvy PR Board, chaired by Christopher Graves, designed to challenge us to adapt and innovate as the world of marketing and communications continues to change rapidly.

Smith continued: “We are evolving our structure so it’s aligned with our strategy. We will have 100 of our most senior, seasoned professionals directly engaged in asking and answering some of the key strategic questions about Ogilvy PR.”
