The Marine and Fisheries Research and Human Resource Agency (BRSDM) at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is utilizing information technology to improve the quality development services for marine and fisheries human resources. One of their efforts is the use of the Integrated Human Resources Intelligent Platform or the HR Development Command Center, an innovation that secures accurate, up-to-date, and integrated data. "This Integrated Human Resources Intelligent Platform is an application equipped with infrastructure to support decision-making, monitoring and controlling programs at the ministry, especially those at BRSDM," said BRSDM head I Nyoman Radiarta in a statement received on Monday. ccording to him, the command center platform integrates data from several sources, which are processed and displayed according to the need on a regular and up-to-date basis. The command center also functions as a dashboard for decision-makers. Radiarta then outlined several features of the platform, such as the Ocean Institute of Indonesia (OII), which provides data on the distribution of educational units. There is also a Smart Fisheries Village (SFV) feature that shows data on the distribution of SFV development, both village-based SFVs and work units, he disclosed. Furthermore, the platform also comes with a training feature, which covers data on the distribution of Fisheries Training and Extension Centers (BPPP) and Maritime and Fisheries Independent Centers (P2MKP), as well as the number of training participants, trainers, and retirees, he said. nother feature is Maritime and Fisheries Extension, which contains data on the distribution of Extension Base Administration Units, the distribution of fishery extension workers by district/city, location of extension activities, priority activity assistance, and distribution of business groups that are trained and assisted by fishery extension workers. Lastly, it has a managerial/secretariat feature with data on budget realization, non-tax state revenue (PNBP), state property (BMN), human resources, and goods and services procurement, he added. He said that one month after its launch, the command center application is already running and is being widely used to monitor education, training, and socialization activities, among others. baca-jugaRelated news: Ministry urges fish medicine producers to have certificationRelated news: Downstream effort will help bolster seaweed production: Minister
