Visiting H.E. Masakazu Hamachi, Parliamentary Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, has spoken highly of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen's leadership and his effective use of social media.
The remarks were made during his courtesy visit to the Cambodian premier at the Peace Palace, Phnom Penh, yesterday afternoon, H.E. Kao Kim Hourn, Delegate Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, told reporters after the meeting.
H.E. Masakazu Hamachi asked Samdech Techo Hun Sen to share his experience in leading the country and using social media, mainly Facebook, in communicating with people and solving their problems, added H.E. Kao Kim Hourn.
This is H.E. Masakazu Hamachi's first visit to Cambodia, but he said he had followed up the news from Cambodia, especially Samdech Techo Hun Sen, since he was a student in 1991.
For his part, said the delegate minister, Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed his gratitude to the Government and people of Japan for their key contribution to the reconstruction and development of Cambodia.
