Over the last few years, our focus has been on strengthening these relationships as well as the structure, tools and processes around them in order to build a win-win business environment.

"The Malaysian market is one of the most important markets within Huawei’s Southern Pacific region expansion plans. We appreciate the contribution of our service partners towards this end. We are happy to say our partners in Malaysia share our passion and enthusiasm for top-notch service and business transformation through technology. It is only through collaboration with our partners that we are able to build a complete service platform, provide on-time and accurate technical support and high quality training programs to meet and exceed the high expectations our customers have of us."

The top three service partners that received awards in the conference are Whizzwork Sdn Bhd, Global Forway Sdn Bhd and Netaxis Sdn Bhd.

We are confident that we will continue to grow together with Huawei in the coming years."

Mr. Nagiswaren, Senior Solution Manager of Global Forway Sdn Bhd, who was one of the award recipients, said, "We see a lot of potential in our partnership with Huawei Enterprise. Various training classes and hands-on trainings, such as Huawei’s Certified Network Associate course, have helped us in developing engineering skills within our organization. Looking ahead, we would certainly like to achieve a greater success together with Huawei."

Feng Bao Shuai, Vice President of Huawei Southern Pacific, Service Department, said, "We all know that service plays an instrumental role in any successful ICT business; it is the basis for us to gain a foothold in the market. Good service relies on people, tools, processes and a whole support system. We appreciate the support and suggestions that the partners have given to Huawei. We are focused on continued collaboration, tools and strategies in order to empower our channel ecosystem to achieve their goals. Enterprise business is a very dynamic space, marked by new trends and technologies and a hyper-growth trajectory.
